Meet 'The Team'
Caroline
Manager/Owner
Having brought up 3 children (+ a husband and numerous pets!!) Caroline is certainly the mother figure of the team. She brings with her the best sense of humour, warmth of character and invaluable sense-often bringing the rest of us back down to earth, following some of Natalie’s rather ridiculous ideas! Lest we forget her love of bleach, ensuring we always have the cleanest toilets!
Natalie
Manager/Therapist
Natalie trained at Brentwood Academy, as well as numerous other courses, due to her rather odd love of training! She brings with her an OCD for cleaning out cupboards, but thankfully also her enthusiasm for massage. Natalie is certainly the swat of the team due to her soft spot for beauty trade magazines!
Faye
Senior Therapist
Faye trained at Southend College and after working in both Wickford and Chalkwell, joined the team in the summer of 2006. She brings with her a sense of calmness and is totally unflappable-even when the rest of us are over-excited! Faye is certainly the beauty of the team, with the most amazing eyes and eyelashes you have ever seen!
Lydia
Therapist
Lydia is the hero of the team in more ways than one. Not only is she the first and only tall member of the team, so she can reach the top of any retail shelf (helping us shorties!!), but her extra generous nature ensures she is always the one to leave us little presents (most often in the form of chocolate) in the staff room or secret notes in our handbags to find later! Her playful energy always puts a smile on our faces.
