Natalie and Faye have a wide range of skills and knowledge. They are always ready with advice and guidance. I have found In-Touch not just a place to have a facial, your toe nails painted or to keep you bronzed safely but a place you can get advice and help on some medical matters whether it be problem skin or in my case fertility problems.

I have used several different salons in the past and without a doubt In-Touch is the best! Not only are all the treatments I have had been excellent and personally tailored to meet my requirements they offer a customer service that is second to none, I work flexible hours each week so it is often difficult to organise my appointments well in advance and they always try their best to accommodate me at short notice when there is a space in my diary.

There is also a real sense of all staff providing that ‘personal touch’ that is so often lacking in many establishments, it always amazes me how the staff engage in conversation with clients and then remember to ask how things went, did you enjoy the wedding, how is your daughters pregnancy etc etc and that makes me feel very special and that my custom is valued.

One particular example of this is that I had been talking to Natalie about some charity work that I was involved with in Sri Lanka to support kids education for Tsunami victims and without hesitation she offered to give a day of her time for free for my friends and family to have a massage which they paid for - raising a £180 for the project, everyone commented on how much they had enjoyed the experience, how friendly the staff were and that they would definitely visit again, my husband commented that it was the best massage he had ever had! How special is that?

To me In-Touch is the place I go for my Me -Time and I am never disappointed, they truly offer a unique experience and I would have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone.

I moved overseas for two and a half years, and each visit back to the UK I have ensured that any treatments (waxing, eyelash tinting) have been carried out by In-Touch. I now live 45 minutes away from In-Touch, however still go there for all my treatments. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else as everyone is so friendly, warm and incredibly professional, and all the treatments (including waxing, eyelash tint, pedicure, massage and facial) are fantastic - each treatment does more than it says on the packet.
