Our therapists are always happy to share their knowledge to help you with any query you may have. Whether it be with a particular treatment, skin complaint or ingredient concern. Combining the uplifting effects of both holistic and retail therapy, In-Touch is the perfect place for you to take some time out for yourself.

Monday-Friday 9am-9pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
Upon Arrival
We do ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment in order to take full advantage of your treatment time. If the door is locked when you arrive please be assured that it will be opened five minutes prior to your appointment time. If the therapist is in treatment with a client and the receptionist is not available, the door will be locked to ensure a calm, peaceful environment during treatment.
Health Consultation
Upon arrival you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire. If you have any health concerns please check at the time of booking to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable.
Salon Etiquette
The salon environment is one of
relaxation and tranquility. Please
respect all salon guests’ right to privacy
and serenity. We therefore ask clients
not to bring children into the salon
whilst having treatments. We thank
you for your co-operation.
To maintain the calming ambience of
the salon we also ask you to kindly
turn off your mobile phones.
Spa Suite
The specially designed Spa room creates a fun way for two people to enjoy their treatments together. A wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, mother’s day or just about anything! Please request at time of booking.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. A team member will be only too happy to help guide you in selecting which treatments will be most suitable for you during this special time.
Products
All products are tried and tested in the Therapy Suite to ensure only reputable brands and the highest of quality, come at our recommendation.
Homecare
To continue your In-Touch regime and experience at home, all products used in the treatments are available from the Beautique.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are uniquely presented in our signature box and bag. These are redeemable against both treatments and products. They are valid for 6 months and cannot be replaced if lost. Please keep them in a safe place.
Booking and Cancellation
A credit card number may be needed to secure your appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 48 hours notice or full payment for the treatment may be charged.
